Is there a way to increase font size without changing the resolution of the game?

Hi all!

I know , i know how to use search trough google, but i wasn't able to find a solution to increase menu text in the game without changing the resolution and its pretty important to me , because i plan to create a lets play of SuperPower 2.
So any help is welcomed!
